National Real Estate Development Council, an autonomous self-regulatory body, was founded in 1998 under the aegis of Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Govt. of India. This national level real estate body aims to identify and strengthen industry's role in the economic development of the country. Promoting excellence and high standards of operations of real estate business including building, construction and marketing, NAREDCO occasionally undertakes different events and exhibitions pan India.

Apart from organizing such events on a national level, NAREDCO also provides Certification Courses in Real Estate Management. This famous autonomous body even undertakes certain timely projects to improve confidence about investment in housing and property sector.
